HISTORY
The Chan Academy of Music & Arts (formerly known as Chan Music Studio – 2006) was formed in 2009. The Music Academy is currently situated at Bandar Kinrara 5A (formerly along Jalan Puchong). Occupying the ground floor, first floor and second floor, it is currently operating business by providing music & art lessons and selling quality musical instruments.
PRINCIPAL
The academy’s principal, Mr Chan, has been actively involved in conducting classes on the piano, cello and double bass. He also conducts orchestra, gives training to teachers, giving concerts and performances in Singapore, Japan, China and USA. Over the years under his guidance, a number of his students had pursued into music career as music educators and musicians in conservatory as well as orchestra in Malaysia Philharmonic Youth Orchestra.
VISION
The academy’s vision is to promote music and arts to the local society in order to cultivate a more cultural and loving society. It aims to provide a better study environment with various facilities to the students. With 20 years of experience in this field, Mr Chan is now leading a team of qualified and experience teachers, working towards these goals.
